Aaron Lee Childers

Aaron Lee Childers, 50 of Shelbyville, Indiana passed away August 20, 2025 at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born July 1, 1975 in Franklin, Indiana. He is the son of Ralph Childers of Edinburgh, Indiana and Cynthia Ann (Swift) Moore of Shelbyville, Indiana.

He is survived by his parents, stepmom Sandra Childers and stepfather Jerry Moore, sons, Austin and Colby Childers of Bristol, Connecticut, sister Kimberly (Shawn) Sturgill of Shelbyville, Indiana, brother, Paul (Brandy) Moore of Shelbyville, Indiana, stepbrothers Timmy Smith of Edinburgh, Indiana and Junior (Erin) Smith of Edinburgh, Indiana.

Arron was preceded in death by his brother, Nathan Childers and grandparents, Clifford and Mary Childers and Harry and Mary Swift.

Arron graduated from Waldren High School in 1993. He enjoyed coaching his son's baseball teams and watching wrestling.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Shelbyville, Indiana on September 27, 2025 at 4:00 PM. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of service.
