Allen W Adair

Allen W. Adair, 73 of Franklin, Indiana passed away at his residence on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. He was born July 24, 1948 in Columbus, Indiana. He was the son of Gerald Verlin and Ruth Maxine (Branaman) Adair. He married Pam (Willard) Adair on November 3, 1971 and she survives. He is also survived by his children, Dana Wade of Columbus, Indiana, Gerald (Laura) Adair of Edinburgh, Indiana, and Amy Adair of Edinburgh, Indiana, 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and  sisters, Loretta (Randy) Denton of Edinburgh, Indiana, and Virginia Gadberry of Edinburgh, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kathie Lynne Adair.

Allen served in the Indiana National Guard for 6 years. He was a self-employed truck driver for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, camping, fishing, hunting, and being outdoors.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverends, Randy Denton and Terry England at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Calling will be on Monday from 4:00 until 8:00 PM and from noon until time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
