Archie "Randy" Betts

Archie "Randy" Betts, 69 of Nineveh, Indiana. passed away at his residence on February 1, 2026. He was born October 7, 1956 in Franklin, Indiana. He is the son of Harold E. and Pauline (Bullock) Betts. Randy married Virginia "Jenny" (Denton) Betts on November 15, 2007.

Randy is survived by his wife, stepsons, Rodney (Robin) Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana and Derrick Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana; 5 grandchildren; brothers, David C Betts of Florida, Robert (Marsha) Betts of Martinsville, Indiana; sisters, Linda Henry of Franklin, Indiana, Rebecca (David) Poynter and brother-in-law Arthur Hurt.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Stephen Betts and his sister Susan Hurt.

Randy had formally worked for Davidson Lumber in Franklin, Indiana. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working in the garage, watching the animals in his yard and above all spending time with his grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Randy Denton at 1:00pm on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Who So Ever Will Community Church in Edinburgh, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
