Bernice Marie Pass

Bernice Marie (Linville) Pass, 75 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away December 29, 2020 at her residence. She was born January 3, 1945 in Sturgis, Michigan.  She was the daughter of Robert Linville and Madeline (Craiger) Sheets.  She married James S. Pass on June 3, 1971 and he preceded her in death on January 17, 2013.

She is survived by her daughters, Debra Taflinger of Edinburgh, Indiana, Sandra Marie Carman of Edinburgh, Indiana, Kathy Lynn (Jerry) Harris of Louisville, Kentucky, and Lisa Gail (Clayton) Young of Indianapolis, Indiana, step-son, Shawn Christopher (Cathy) Pass of Nineveh, Indiana, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Robert Popplewell, and step-father, Donald Sheets.

Marie was a member of Saint George Lutheran Church. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially grand and great-grandchildren, baking, and helping with motorcycle benefit rides.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be at Saint George Cemetery in Shelby County, Indiana.
