Brenda Vermillion

Brenda C, Vermillion, 79, of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away on October 29, 2026, at her residence. She was born December 24, 1946, in Pontiac, Michigan and is the daughter of Esco and Imogene H. (Arvin) Horrall. Brenda married Franklin E. Vermillion Sr. on June 24, 1968, and he preceded her on May 29, 2004.

She is survived by her children, Frank Vermillion of Whiteland, Indiana and Karen Vermillion of Franklin, Indiana; grandchildren, Amy Zinn, Jordan Vermillion and Paige Johnson; great grandchildren, Jameson Rupp, Jackman Rupp and Vax Batton; sisters, Chirley Powell of Morristown, Indiana and Diana Higgerson of Farmington, Missouri.

Brenda was employed at David R. Webb for 16 years and then for Hilton Garden Inn for 17 years. She enjoyed rescuing cats, working on word and jigsaw puzzles.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 PM at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana on Thursday, November 5, 2026. A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2026, by Reverend Marcia Carpenter at Alfordsville Community Cemetery in Loogootee, Indiana 47553.
