Carolyn Sue Burton

Carolyn Sue Burton, 77 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away January 8, 2025 at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin, Indiana. She was born April 14, 1947 in Franklin, Indiana. She was the daughter of Raymond "Bud" and Bertha Mae (Camden) Bailey. She married James Wesley Burton on May 2, 1964 and he preceded her in death on July 3, 2006.

She is survived by her sons, Arthur (Cara) Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana and Brian Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana, grandchildren, Anthony (Lauren) Burton, Brian James Burton, Mindy (Kenny) Ping, and Suzanna Burton, six great-grandchildren, and sister, Dianna (Eddie) Sinclair of Edinburgh, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Raymond Burton, and grandson, Dustin Burton.

Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and shopping.

A Graveside Service will be conducted by Pastor Charles Kennedy at 1:00 PM on Friday, January 17, 2025 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
