Clifton D Mann

Clifton  D. Mann, 88 of Columbus, Indiana passed away April 24, 2025 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana In-Patient Facility in Columbus, Indiana. He was born May 10, 1936 in Lebanon, Kentucky. He was the son of Dewey and Violia (Lindsey) Mann. He married Beverly A. (Monroe) Mann on June 29, 1965. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2005.

He is survived by his sons, Duane Green of Phoenix, Arizona and Richard Mann of Columbus, Indiana, daughters, Diana (Jim) Carmicheal of Bloomfield, Indiana, and Sandy Green of Edinburgh, Indiana, grandchildren, Wendy Holcomb, Tyler (Jackie) Carmicheal, Lindsey (James) Carmicheal-Stewart, Kristen (Zach) Turner, Joe Green, Justin Green, and Jeffery Green, 9 great-grandchildren, brother, James Marvin Mann of Shelbyville, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son, David Green, brother, Melvin Mann, and sisters, Thelma Shannon and Alice Mae Merrell.

Clifton was a member of the Columbus Baptist Church and Eagles Lodge, #766 Shelbyville,, Indiana. He retired from Premier Ag in Columbus. He enjoyed gardening and fishing.

A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Jessie Stephens at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 4:00 until 7:00 PM on Monday, April 28. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
