Danny Wayne Burton

Danny Wayne Burton, 67 of Columbus, Indiana passed away January 24, 2023 at AMG Specialty Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. He was born January 11, 1956 in Shelbyville, Indiana. He was the son of Dolph Burton and Edna (Small) Burton. He married Sandra (Grimes) Burton on May 12, 1995 and she survives. He is also survived by his son, Branden Morrison of Franklin, Indiana, step-son, David (Tosha) Corona of Franklin, Indiana,  13 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, brother, David (Debbie) Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana, sister, Donna Jean (Robert) Burton-Arthur of Spencer, Indiana, several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and caregivers, Naomi McCall  and Ana Alejos.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Peggy Burton-Bush and Linda Burton.

Danny was a member of the Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. He enjoyed cooking, fishing, watching wrestling, and especially his dog, Pepper.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church. Calling will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday, January 31 at the church and from noon until time of service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
