Denise D. Williams

Denise Darcel Williams, 73 of Mt. Auburn, Indiana passed away at her residence on March 18, 2026. She was born September 9, 1952 in Shelbyville, Indiana and is the daughter of Basil Vern Brown and Ruby Faye (Reed) Brown Monroe. Denise married David A. Williams on November 5, 1983 and he survives.

Denise is also survived by her children, Chuck (Heather) Tucker of Shelbyville, Indiana, Marcia Tucker of Bloomington, Indiana, Lisa McGaha of Edinburgh, Indiana and David C. Williams of Edinburgh, Indiana; grandchildren, Zachary, Alex, Sam, Cassie, Noah, Madison, Alissa, Wyatt, Olivia and Greyson; half-brother, Randy Brown of Shelbyville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers.

Denise graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with a degree in nursing in 1998. She worked for Atterbury Job Corp Wellness Center. Denise enjoyed shopping, bowling, painting, singing karaoke and spending time with her friends and family.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Mark Myers at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Nineveh Cemetery in Nineveh, Indiana.
