Dolores Jean Grillo

Dolores Jean Grillo, 94 of Franklin, Indiana passed away September 10, 2025 at Otterbein Senior Life Community in Franklin, Indiana. She was born September 10, 1931 in Granite City, Illinois. She was the daughter of Martin McClain and Fairle (Neal) McClain. She married Dominique Grillo and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son, George Willis of Oregon, grandchildren, Destiny Thompson , Jeremiah Gonzales, and Jonah Gonzales, and sister, Sandra Mace of Franklin, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughters, Rebecca West and Suzanne Davis, brothers, Charles McClain and Ronald Max McClain, and sister, Laberta McClain.

Dolores attended the Taylorsville Baptist Church. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 5 in Nevada. She retired from Lockheed in Sunnyvale, California. She formerly worked for Western Electric in Indianapolis.

She enjoyed attending the Mill Race Senior Center, crocheting, playing BINGO, crossword puzzles, reading the Bible, and studying the archaeology of the Bible.

A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Guy Harden at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 15, 2025 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
