Janice A Curry

Janice A. Curry, 64 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away October 19, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born August 31, 1958 in Franklin, Indiana. She was the daughter of Valley H. and Shirley A. (Cochran) Hancock, Sr. She married Stanley O. Curry of Edinburgh, Indiana and he survives. She is also survived by her brother, Valley Houston "Bub" Hancock, Jr. of Edinburgh, Indiana, and sisters, Marla Giles of Indianapolis, Indiana and Tamera (Ron) Mayes of Southport, Indiana.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Johnny Hancock.

Janice was a 1976 graduate of Edinburgh High School and attended Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church. She retired from Bar-Cons Federal Credit Union in Columbus.

Her world revolved around her nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. She never met a stranger.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverends Mike Whited and Danny Bailey at 2:30 PM on Monday, October 24, 2022 at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
