John Dale Jarboe

John Dale Jarboe, 71 of Columbus, Indiana passed away May 4, 2023 at Belmont Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana. He was born February 1, 1952 in Franklin, Indiana. He was the son of James E. and Barbara L. (Legan) Jarboe.

He is survived by his son, Justin (Sierra) Jarboe of Columbus, Ohio, daughter, Krystina Jarboe of New Albany, Indiana, grandson, Jeremiah Jarboe, granddaughter, Kenna Price, sisters, Judith Anne Jarboe of Columbus, Indiana and Jill Jarboe-Czereszko of Columbus, Indiana, and his dog, Rockefeller.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack Allen Jarboe.

John was a 1971 graduate of Columbus High School. He served in the US Navy. He was a member of Hog Turd Alley Gentleman's Association, NRA, and Muzzleloader's Association.

John enjoyed building muzzleloaders and participating in Revolutionary and Civil War reenactments.

A private family service will be conducted at a later date.
