Lana J Brown

Lana J. Brown, 60 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away February 13, 2024 at her residence. She was born on March 28, 1963 in Columbus, Indiana. She was the daughter of Donald Ray Barker, Sr. and Ruby J. (Feese) Barker. She married David R. "Brownie" Brown on February 14, 2004 and he preceded her on July 23, 2023.
She is survived by her mother of Edinburgh, Indiana, daughter, Talisa (James) Myers of Columbus, Indiana, grandchildren, Ariel Bode, Skylar Myers, Briaunna Myers, Kaitlyn Myers, and Connor Myers, great-grandchildren, Hudson Myers, Adalynn Myers, and Grayson Wilcher, sisters, Shirley (Allan) Denton of Franklin, Indiana and Marilyn Barker of Greenwood, Indiana, and a half brother, Steve Smith of Greenwood, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her father, husband, and brother, Donald R. Barker, Jr.
Lana retired from Lear where she worked as a towmotor operator. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially talking to her friends about all of her grandchildren, visiting with her friends at the Tasty Shop, and was a Kentucky Wildcat fan.
A graveside service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at 3:00 PM on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
