Lowell Eugene Hawkins

Lowell Eugene Hawkins, 78 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away May 4, 2023 at his residence. He was born September 8, 1944 in Edinburgh, Indiana. He was the son of Loren D. Hawkins and Dorothy (Redoweg) Hawkins.

He is survived by his son, Mark Anthony Hawkins of Nineveh, Indiana and brother, Phillip G. Hawkins of Ashville, North Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Loren H. Hawkins and Allen M. Hawkins.

Lowell Eugene served in the US Marines during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Edinburgh American Legion, Post 233.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
