Lucy L. Black

Lucy L. Fitch Black, 80 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away February 18, 2021 at Homeview Center in Franklin, Indiana. She was born June 15, 1940 in Franklin, Indiana. She was the daughter of Clarence and Ann (Hedger) Briddle. She married Willie Fitch in 1958 and he preceded her in death in 1999. She later married Ralph Black in 2004 and he preceded her in 2015.

She is survived by her son, Donald L. (Sandy) Fitch of Edinburgh, Indiana, grandson, Aarick Fitch of Edinburgh, Indiana, brother, Art (Barbara) Briddle of Edinburgh, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, brothers, Billy Joe Briddle, Donald Briddle, Hermal Briddle, and James Briddle, and sisters, Betty Hubble and Mary Critney.

Lucy was a member of Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
