Michael D. Evans, 52 of Flat Rock, Indiana passed away April 13, 2025 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born March 22, 1973 in Shelbyville, Indiana. He was the son of Kenneth W. and Diane (Ross) Evans, Sr. of Flat Rock, Indiana. He is also survived by his son, Andrew Tillison of Columbus, Indiana, grandchildren, Drelinn Tillison and Phoenix Tillison, brother, Kenneth W. (Dawn) Evans, Jr. of Flat Rock, Indiana, sister, Brandy Evans of Flat Rock, Indiana, nieces, Serenity Evans, Skylar Evans, and Brittany Thomas, and nephews, Shane Evans, Wyatt Evans, and Anthony Evans.

He enjoyed his dogs, going to flea markets, road trips, hiking in Brown County, collecting Hot Wheels, concerts, heavy metal music, especially Metallica, and going to haunted houses.

A funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home on Friday, April 18. Burial will be at Nineveh Cemetery, Nineveh, Indiana.
