Rex L Hyatt

Rex L. Hyatt, 72 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away July 19, 2024 at his residence. He was born May 26, 1952 in Franklin, Indiana. He was the son of Robert L. Hyatt and Wanda Lee (Curtis) Littleton.

He is survived by his son, Scott (Rhoda) Hyatt of Taylorsville, Indiana, daughter, Tonya (Shannon) Richardson of Edinburgh, Indiana, grandchildren, Shaun Hyatt, Bryce Burton, Crystal Hyatt, and Angel Hyatt, 3 great-grandchildren, brother, Charlie (Stacey) Hyatt of Franklin, Indiana, half-brother, David (Charity) Hyatt of Florida, Timmothy Hyatt of Texas, and Robert Hyatt of Indianapolis, Indiana, sister, Ona Mae Boggs of Texas, and special friends, Amber and Jason Hall of Nineveh, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dallas Hyatt.

Rex served in the US Army. He was a member of the former VFW in Edinburgh. He retired from KYB. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, wood working, and gardening.

A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Calling will be from 4:00 until time of service at the Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana.
