Robbie G. Browning, 53 of Franklin, Indian passed away May 20, 2026, at Franciscan Health Indianapolis. He was born May 31, 1972, in Franklin, Indiana and is the son of Bobby R. Browning of Greenwood, Indiana and Neva J. Mason of Edinburgh, Indiana. Robbie married Janet M. (Allen) Browning on April 24, 1990 and she survives.

He is also survived by his stepfather, Mike Crouch of Columbus, Indiana; sons, Bradley (Mikey) Browning of Columbus, Indiana, Michael Browning of Franklin, Indiana, Wyatt Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana and Waylon Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana; daughters, Ashley (Joe Reeves) Browning of Franklin, Indiana, LaTasha Rackemann of Columbus, Indiana, Layne Browning of Franklin, Indiana, Adalyn Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana and Loretta Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana; grandchildren, Lily Rackemann, Leo Rackemann and Azaiah Browning; brothers, Rick (Roxanna) Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana, Danny Browning of Edinburgh, Indiana and Darrell Browning of Greenwood, Indiana; sisters, Tammy (Quint) Hill of Columbus, Indiana and Michelle (Dietrich) Pahl of Franklin, Indiana.

Robbie was of the Baptist faith. He was the owner and operator of Cats Plus in Edinburgh, Indiana.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM by Reverend Lonnie Dunn on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 PM on Monday, May 25, 2026, and from noon until time of service on Tuesday. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Indiana.
