Sherry R Deem

Sherry R. Deem, 80 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away February 2, 2025 at her residence. She was born May 5, 1944 in Rensselaer, Indiana. She was the daughter of Frank R. Epler II and Eldena (Horton) Branaman and they preceded her in death. She married Larry Deem on January 9, 1965 and he survives. She is also survived by her children, Terry (Jeff) Gilliam of North Vernon, Indiana, Larry (Tammy) Deem of Edinburgh, Indiana, Steven D. (Jennifer) Deem of Franklin, Indiana, and Kenneth L. (Tammy I.) Deem of Edinburgh, Indiana, 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, brothers, Larry J. (Cathy) Epler of Rensselaer, Indiana and Frank R. (Patty) Epler III of Columbus, Indiana, and sisters, Frances F. Zierlein of Nineveh, Indiana and Sheila M. Lang of Indianapolis, Indiana.

She attended Nineveh Christian Church.

Sherry enjoyed being a mom and grandma, traveling, going to the beach in Florida, crocheting, crafts, gardening, watching baseball, football, and golf.

A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Tom Knight at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
