Traci Dawn Martinez-Lovera

Traci Dawn Martinez-Lovera, 41 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed away November 22, 2024 at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born June 13, 1983 in Shelbyville, Indiana. She was the daughter of Tracy Smith and Judy Kay (Smiley) DeDios. She married Jorge Martinez on August 15, 2014.

She is survived by her husband, father, sons, Noah Jobb Perea of Edinburgh, Indiana and Marcos Israel Martinez of Edinburgh, Indiana, daughter, Judianna Abigail Martinez of Edinburgh, Indiana, grandparents, Russell and Ella Mae Smiley of Flat Rock, Indiana, brothers, Dennis (Hannah) Smith of Edinburgh, Indiana and Derrick (Reba) Smith of Edinburgh, Indiana, sister, Mallory Smith of Edinburgh, Indiana, aunts and uncles, Anita (Jerry) Perry, Lottie (Phillip) Wathen, Michelle (Edward) Kaster, Rusty (Mary) Smiley, and Brian (Micah) Smiley, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, brother, Patrick Hunter Smith, and grandparents, Howard and Alice Smith.

Traci graduated from Edinburgh High School in 2001.  She also graduated from North Central University with a degree in Youth Ministry and MedTech College with a degree in medical assisting.  She was a member of Franklin First Assembly of God.

She loved her family and her church family and was active in the church. She enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, cooking, music, and riding on the back of the Harley with her dad.

A funeral service will be conducted by Pastor Phillip Curtis at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at Franklin First Assembly of God, 1035 Hospital Road, Franklin, Indiana. Calling will be from 10:00 AM until time of service Wednesday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
