William "Billy Jack" Ray Burton Jr.

William "Billy Jack" Ray Burton Jr., 56 of Franklin, Indiana passed away May 30, 2026, at his residence. He was born April 20, 1970, in Columbus, Indiana and is the son of William "Bill Boy" and Karen R. (Collins) Burton.

He is survived by his mother, Karen Burton of Edinburgh, Indiana; brother, Danny Miller of Edinburgh, Indiana; sister, Donna Sears of Edinburgh, Indiana and his grandchildren, Liam Fear and Laila Davis.

William was preceded in death by his father and daughter, LaTosha Kay Burton.

William formally worked for Browning Chapman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and especially the time he spent with his grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00pm by Reverend Guy Hardin on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana. Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh, Indiana.
